Investment Operations Analyst

As Operations Analyst, Laurence is responsible for inputting back-office financial transactions. She maintains relationships with service providers and custodians and also participates in the daily import of financial data. In addition, Laurence coordinates the actions required for market events. She provides expert support to the investment team.

Before joining AlphaFixe, Laurence held the position of Senior Advisor, Governance, Fund Administration and New Products at Desjardins Global Asset Management, where she was responsible for coordinating the preparation of financial statements for private funds, regulatory disclosures, as well as fund launches and new mandates. Prior to that, she spent more than 10 years at Hexavest, initially as an Operations Analyst and later as an Operations Coordinator, where she oversaw the team’s activities with a focus on increasing efficiency and reducing operational risks.

Laurence holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a specialization in Financial Markets, from HEC Montréal (2008), as well as a Private Equity Certificate from the CFA Institute (2025).
