As Vice President, Mélissa contributes to various areas related to client service and business development, working closely with other team members. With a strong background in institutional asset management, she has distinguished herself through her professionalism, rigor, adaptability, and results-driven mindset.

Before joining AlphaFixe, Mélissa held the roles of Vice President, CIO Office, Public Markets, as well as Senior Institutional Client Manager at Fiera Capital. She was also responsible for the selection and monitoring of external managers for the pension plans of a major Quebec-based manufacturing company, and previously worked as an investment consultant at Mercer.

Mélissa holds a Master of Science, Finance, from HEC Montréal and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.
