Sebastien brings more than 35 years of experience as an investment professional, supported by a diverse background that enables him to navigate today’s complex market environment with confidence and insight.

Since co‑founding AlphaFixe in 2008, he has served as Chief Investment Officer, where he has successfully led the firm’s investment team and guided its strategic direction.

Prior to AlpahFixe he worked as a lead Portfolio Manager at a major investment firm and as a Director in the private equity group of a Maple 8 institution. His earlier career also includes experience in mergers and acquisitions as well as audit, contributing to the breadth of his financial expertise.

A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and CFA charterholder, Sebastien holds a degree in Public Accountancy from McGill University, where he also completed his Bachelor of Commerce.
