As Managing Director, Diane is responsible for managing high yield bonds and a portfolio of bank loans. In addition, she supports the team in credit analysis of corporate bonds and participates in establishing the active management strategy.

 

Prior to joining AlphaFixe, Diane worked at the Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec as Vice President, corporate debt in the private equity division. She oversaw portfolios in bank loans and high yield bonds issued by Canadian and US companies.

Diane has developed her expertise in credit with the Royal Bank where she held the function of Director of Corporate Accounts for Canadian multinationals. Graduated with a MBA in Finance from McGill University, Diane also has a Masters in Psychology from the University of Montreal.
